Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive to Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive on the lake shore and in the groundwater forest. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge.
Day 3: Lake Manyara to the Serengeti (B, L, D)
Drive across the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stop at the crater rim, and enter the Serengeti via Naabi Hill (about 6 to 7 hours). Afternoon game drive through the central plains. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Mawe Tented Camp.
Day 4: Full day in the Serengeti (B, L, D)
Sunrise game drive, a long picnic breakfast in the bush, and a flexible day tracking lion, cheetah, leopard and, in season, the wildebeest migration. Optional hot-air balloon at dawn (price on request, subject to availability). Dinner and overnight at the same camp.
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro (B, L, D)
Final morning game drive, then drive to the Ngorongoro rim for a sundowner at the crater’s edge. Dinner and overnight at Oldeani Ngorongoro Lodge.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater and return to Arusha (B, L)
