Tour Details

Lemosho begins on the remote western side of the mountain, in untouched rainforest where you may see colobus monkeys and even signs of larger wildlife. A gentle, gradual ascent over several days lets your body adjust slowly, which is why Lemosho is widely regarded as one of the best routes for reaching the summit. After crossing the sweeping Shira Plateau, it joins the Machame route for the final stages.

It is also among the most beautiful routes, quiet in the early days and rich in changing landscapes. For a private group, it is the ideal combination of comfort, scenery and success.
